Topdressing is the application of a thin, uniform layer of sand, soil, or organic material across the turf surface to improve soil structure, reduce thatch, and create a smoother, healthier lawn. We use only premium topdressing blends, and can also apply a material of your choice to meet specific lawn needs.
Our lawn leveling process uses a heavier sand application to fill low spots, smooth out bumps, and create a flatter, more even surface across your yard. When needed, we’ll carefully remove existing sod with a sod cutter, correct the grade using a premium leveling mix, and reinstall the sod for a seamless, professional finish.
